同一機組中設置有多組均勻壓輥，左中右壓力可調，以控制邊中差，活性染料與堿劑可同機分別連續施加,第一軋帶液率40- 60%,第二軋70- 120%，施加過程中染料與堿劑不接觸，減少水解，杜絕頭尾色差其它染料或后整理助劑可連續多次壓軋，均勻性好。
